CICADA!

I was listening to an interview with a young , up and coming director of a low budget horror movie called CICADA! It sounded cool and I was inspired to do a quick sketch of what I thought would be a fun movie poster for the film. I reached out and shared the sketch with the production team They liked it so much they came back and commissioned an illustration for the limited edition VHS release of the film.

The film was a relative success and the production team really enjoyed the final package design.

I loved working on this project and learned a lot about the benefit of being bold enough to reach out to people with a common interest and the power of collaboration.
